Reassess your progress weekly. Record your weight and other body measurements on your Weekly Measures page. Plot your progress. You can also download this form and record your measurements by hand if you prefer. Do this once a week, then input these values into your MyWeekly Measures page. Follow your progress on the charts. Reevaluate your calorie needs each week as you lose weight and you will continually see success.
